Coaching

For years I have enjoyed helping people discover how God has designed them to live. Nothing is better than asking the right questions and watching people have those “aha” moments that bring life and energy to their lives.

In January 2016, I expanded on my love for helping people have those discovery moments by completing the Coaching Mastery Certificate Program through Creative Results Management. Their training is grounded in the commitment to Holy Spirit led conversations, the belief that God has a calling for every person, and the concept that a pastor should equip which does not always involve “telling” as the primary means for growth. Coaching is the process of a mutual partnership to that very end – growth. There is nothing better than helping someone identify and achieve their goals.
